University Of Memphis Track & Field Jersey
I hand carved the University of Memphis logo on sugar paste, which was very time consuming, but I think it turned out really nice. The Jersey cake a butter cake with buttercream icing and is covered in MM fondant. Made for two students on the Track & Field team.
