80's Theme Cake
This was such a fun cake to make, brought back many memories. Boom box is made out of Rice Krispies, covered in MM fondant and painted with silver luster for a metallic finish.

University Of Memphis Track & Field Jersey
I hand carved the University of Memphis logo on sugar paste, which was very time consuming, but I think it turned out really nice. The Jersey cake a butter cake with buttercream icing and is covered in MM fondant. Made for two students on the Track & Field team.
